God is not holding us responsible according to the financial ability of the country we are living in but according to His ability given to us by His spirit. One of the goals of the Spirit of prosperity is to make you independent of your natural circumstances to accomplish your divine assignment. You may meet challenges outside there but the Holy Spirit in you helps you to overcome. God will hold us responsible for what we do with the ability that He has given us. The great woman of Shumen became great despite the odds of the state of her country and the insensitivity of her husband to divine things.

There are two positions that every believer must maintain waiting for him and working with what He gave us. Everybody has got something to work with on this earth while waiting for Him to come. The devil binds people from seeing what they have been given from the Lord. This is an operation of the spirit of poverty; it shows people wrong things while the spirit of prosperity shows you things that others are not looking at. We have divine permission to succeed and make something happen in our world. Philippians 2:13 says I can do all things through Christ that strengths us. This is a force and the spirit of prosperity given to everyone to breakthrough in life.

Jesus told us the story of the prodigal son, the story of rich young ruler, the story of the boy with 5 loaves of bread and two fishes, the story of the unprofitable servant, the story of the rich fool to show that he hates the following things: Irresponsibility, no progress, trust in wealth, wastage, selfishness, greed, lack of purpose, non- productivity etc. All these things that Jesus hated show us the spirit of poverty and its manifestation. We must fight these spirits and embrace the spirit of prosperity.

We are called to be receivers just as a receiver is also a giver but a miser is a receiver and keeper who fail to give. May the Lord depend on you to prosper in divine purpose and agenda in Jesus’ name.

Prayer: Father, I receive a baptism of the spirit of prosperity in my life and a heart of a giver and receiver. I reject every negative mindset fighting this divine ability of God in me in Jesus’ name.
