One of the key marks I showed you yesterday is that the man God has ordained for you will show you the enemies to fight so that you can break through in life. Let us move on from there today.
11.He has developed the faith that will finish your assignment. Heb. 13:17. “Obey them that have the rule over you and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for that is unprofitable for you.” You need a leader who has followable faith to follow, not followable dress-sense!
12.He has the commanding assignment/vision that contains or influences your own. Acts 7:46-47. “Who found favour before God, and desired to find a tabernacle for the God of Jacob. But Solomon built him an house.”
13.He has the supernatural file to sharpen your dull axe. Eccl. 10:15 “The labour of the foolish wearieth every one of them, because he knoweth not how to go to the city.” Not only to sharpen you when you are dull, he also has eyes to see the missing axe-head and ears to hear the hollow sound of wood on wood. In 2 Kings 6:1-10, when the axe-head fell, the young men could have been pretending by hitting the trees with ordinary handle, but a godly leader knows when you are not ‘on song’ spiritually and he can help you retrieve your lost axe-head.
PRAYER: Lord, I pray for the positive attitude around the man you have ordained for me. I receive grace to walk with him positively in Jesus’ name. Amen!
